Shipping:
Certain products you may acquire at our online store can be physically delivered (only to products explicitly indicated as such). In those cases the product will be shipped to the address you have indicated when you made the order.

Return:
The deadline of returns is 14 days after reception, and only if the product's package is returned has you have purchased it.
Software Returns - We don't accept returns of software whose package has been tampered with and/or the software has been violated in any way.
A return of software distributed electronically, will only be made if the customer sends a declaration stating that the transfered and installed program has been completely deleted from the computers hard drive. Under no circumstance can the product be returned without a previous agreement between both parties.
